2021.04.29 ラオス人民民主共和国向け経済社会開発計画案件受注 Conclusion of a contract: Japan’s Grant Aid for the Economic and Social Development Programme for the Lao People's Democratic Republic (FY2018)

南洋貿易株式会社（NBK）は、一般財団法人 日本国際協力システム（JICS）「ラオス人民民主共和国向け経済社会開発計画(FY2018)」案件を受注しました。ラオスはASEAN諸国の中で唯一の内陸国であり、地政学的に極めて重要かつ地理的利便性が高い場所に位置している一方で、入国管理の要を担う治安維持省は財政難の影響もあり、テロリストや犯罪集団等を水際で阻止するための出入国審査用システムや機材の導入が困難な状況にあります。この案件では、ラオス政府に対しテロ対策や治安維持の強化に資する機材の供与を行うことにより、国内の治安維持管理能力の改善と強化を図り、ラオスの経済社会開発に貢献します。

NBK Corporation has been awarded the contract, Japan's Grant Aid for the Economic and Social Development Programme for the Lao People's Democratic Republic (FY2018), by the Japan International Cooperation System (JICS) on Jaunary 27th, 2021. The Lao People's Democratic Republic is the only landlocked country among the ASEAN countries, and while it is located in an important and convenient place. On the other hand, the Ministry of Security is facing difficulties in introducing systems and equipment for immigration control against terrorists and criminal groups, due to financial difficulties. By procuring Anti-terrorism equipment for the Government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, the project helps to improve and enhance security management, and contribute to economic and social development.
